Edge TL Comp
The Edge TL Comp was the first true mountain bike helmet in the sports history. It was the first helmet to incorporate a detachable visor. The design was inspired by the world renowned Troy Lee of Troy Lee Designs. This is the only mountain bike helmet that uses a “hardshell” as opposed to the microshell used on other bicycle helmets.
Edge TL Comp-RF
The Edge TL Comp-RF was the first lightweight helmet to incorporate a detachable face piece to the helmet. It was developed for mountain bike downhillers who felt they needed added protection; due the increasing speeds by which the riders were going. This helmets is fast becoming one of the most widely used and seen helmets on the amatuer and professional downhill events.
